Ingredients
- 1/2 C soy sauce
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 1 clove coarsely minced garlic
- 1/4 C coarsely chopped ginger
- 2 T coarsely chopped thyme
- 2 T hot sauce
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 2lb flank steaks
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In large glass baking dish, combine soy sauce with olive oil, garlic, ginger, thyme, hot sauce & bay leaf. Add flank steaks & turn to coat, then refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
Preheat grill. Discard marinade & season steak with salt & pepper. Grill 4-5 min per side for med. rare. Let rest 5-10 min. Thinly slice steak & serve.
