Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 10 oz can tomato paste
- 19 oz can tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F
Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and bake for 3 hours.
Serve with rice.
