Step 1
Mix 1 tsp ancho chili powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, pinch cayenne pepper and rub on a 1 1/4 lb pork tenderloin. WE HAD THIS 2/13/12 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. I DID DOUBLE THE RECEIPE THOUGH.
