Ingredients
- 6 ounces canned tuna, in water
- 1 cup white beans, cooked
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup yellow pepper
- 2 tablespoons green onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- dash white pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place all ingredients in a glass bowl and mix thoroughly.
2. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
