Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 celery’s, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1 pepper, diced
  • 1 15 oz. diced tomatoes and juice
  • 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion or green onion diced
  • 2-4 garlic cloves diced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons of rice wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbl of oil
  • 4 – 5 cups tomato juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit in refridge, make the day before serving.
