Ingredients
- 1 or 2 celery’s, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 pepper, diced
- 1 15 oz. diced tomatoes and juice
- 1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion or green onion diced
- 2-4 garlic cloves diced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 teaspoons of rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbl of oil
- 4 – 5 cups tomato juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Let sit in refridge, make the day before serving.
