Candied Yam Tarts

Ingredients

  • * 15 oz can of yams, drained
  • 1/2 * 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 * 1/2 Tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 * 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 * 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
  • 1 * 1 pkg fillo shells
  • 1 * 1 bag miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Mash yams. Stir in butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Spoon into shells and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 just until marshmallows are golden.
