Vietnamese corn soup

  • l lb hamberger
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 cups water
  • 2 cans cream corn
  • johnnys
  • salt
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • water
  • green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamberger with onion salt and pepper.
bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add corn johnnys salt.
Drain fat from hamberger and add to corn mixture. Beat two eggs and add to boiling soup. Mix flour and water to make a paste. Add to soup. Top with green onions
