Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb whole small mushrooms
- 2 c water
- 1 c olive oil
- juice of one lemon
- 1 t wine vinegar
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 t rosemary
- 1/2 t sage
- 1 branch fennel
- 1/2 t thyme
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 3/4 t coriander
- 8 peppercorns
- 3/4 t salt
- green onion
- white pepper
- parsley/oregano
- dill weed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.
Pour into bowl, marninate in refrigerator, at least overnight.
