Ingredients
- 1 1/2 2 lb. bottom round,top round,rump,shoulder or sirloin tip
- Flour
- Salt and pepper
- Seasoned salt
- 1 sliced onion
Preparation
Step 1
1. Dredge meat with flour and brown in hot fat...brown thoroughly and cook slow for a dark rich flavor
2. Sprinkle with salt,pepper and seasoned saly
3. Add 1/2 cup water,cover and simmer 30 minutes
4. Top with sliced onion,cover and simmer 1 hour
