Ingredients
- 1.8 knockwurst
- 2.2 cups beer
- 3.2 tablespoons vinegar
- 4.2 teaspoons granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1
1.In a saucepan,simmer knockwurst in the beer very slowly 15 minutes.
2.Remove knockwurst to a heated shallow baking dish.
3.Reduce the beer to 1/3 cup,by rapid boiling.
4.Stir in vinegar and sugar.
5.Pour beer mixture over the knockwurst and broil,turning to brown on all sides.
