Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 2 Tblsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 tblsp vegetable oil
- 1-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lbs shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hours.
Grill shrimp until cooked, about 2 minutes per side.
