Ingredients
- 1 Pound Veal (either thinly sliced-scaloppini style or stew-1" chunks)
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1 Tbs. Olive oil
- 1 Tbs. Butter
- 1/2 Cup Veal or Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash (Original Blend)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over high heat.
Dredge veal in mixture of flour and spices.
Brown cutlets or pieces of veal being careful not to overcrowd. (cutlets take about 1 minute per side).
Remove o he platter and keep warm in oven.
Add stock (wine) to the pan and bring to a boil scraping bits with a wooden spoon (deglazing the pan).
Season, Simmer then pour over the veal.
