Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 3 cups egg noodles, uncooked
- 2 cup frozen veggies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
heat oven to 375
brown meat with onion aND THYME IN SKILLET; DRAIN. SPOON OVER NOODLES IN A 13X9 INCH BAKING DISH; TOP with veggies.
whisk soup and water until well blended; pour over veggies. top with cheese. cover.
bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until heated through, uncover after 25 minutes.
