Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup bananas
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Mix dry ingredients first. In another bowl mix the rest of the ingredients. Fold "wet" ingredients into dry ingredients until just blended. Bake 18-20 minutes.
