Alfredo Sauce with Linguini --- better than the restuarants

By

Once you make this, all your guests will be asking you for the recipe. This beats Red Lobsters Recipe and anywhere else that I have tried Alfredo Linguini at. You can add Chicken, crab, lobster or shrimp to it and no matter what, it always tastes great.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of sweet butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1/4 t white pepper
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 box (12 ounce) Luingini or even angle hair pasta

Preparation

Step 1

1-Melt butter in a Medium saucepan over medium heat.
2-Add the garlic, cream, pepper, and bring to a simmer.
3-Stir often
4-Add the parmesan cheese and simmer sauce for 8-10 min. or until the sauce has thickened and is creamy smooth.
5-When sauce has thickened, add the Mozzarella cheese and stir untill smooth. STIR FREQUENTLY
6-While the sauce cooks, boil noodles until done.
7-Place pasta on a serving plate and spoon the sauce over.

If adding chicken or crab or shrimp. Cook the meat until fully done, then add to already done sauce before pouring over noodles. *note* you can season the meat to your liking with peppers and salt and even lemon to make a kick. I alwasy sprinkle some dried parsly for garnish and even chop some roma tomatoes to add a slight color with the parsley.
