Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Bread Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
- 1 whole Onion, Sliced Thin Using A Food Processor
- 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add sliced onions to the flour mix and use your hands to mix the onions and coat them well with the flour mixture.
3. Heat the oil on medium to medium high heat until it is bubbly.
4. Add the coated onion strings.
5. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, using tongs to stir the onions every minute or two.
6. Add salt and pepper as you are cooking.
