Ingredients
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbs. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbs. Lemon Rind
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook together the sugar, cornstarch, lemon rind, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk until thick. Stir in butter. Cool to room temperature and add sour cream. Top with beaten egg whites or whipped cream.
