Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken breasts cut into 3/8 in strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tblsp oil, divided
- 1/2 shrimp
- 2 c. broccoli floweretts
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 med red pepper, sliced
- 1 jar Homestyle chicken gravy
- 1 tblsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- Chow mein noodles
Preparation
Step 1
Saute chicken and garlic in 1 Tblsp for 2 minutes. Add Shrimp and cook until chicken is cooked thru. Set aside.
Add broccoli, pepper and mushrooms to remaingin oil and cook 2-3 minutes. Add gravy and next 2 ingredients . return chicken and shrimp and serve with chow mein noodles.
