Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- Onion sliced thin
- 2 tb Bourbon
- 1 jar Roasted Red Bell Peppers, drained & chopped
- 1 tsp Thyme
- S&P
- Pork Chops
- 2/3 c Flour
- 2 tb Butter
- 1/2 c Chix broth
Preparation
Step 1

Heat Oil in skillet- medium
Saute onion 15 min.
Add Bourbon 5 min.
Remove from heat, add S&P set aside
Sprinkle chops with S&P, dredge in flour
Melt butter m-h
Cook chops 4 min each side
Place in greased baking dish
Cook chix broth in skillet 2 min, add to pork.
Add onions
Bake covered 25-30 min.
