Ingredients

  • FILET [cut no thicker than 1/2 inch]
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • Garlic 3 lg cloves
  • 3/4 cup fresh mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons of finely chopped shallots
  • French Brandy
  • 2 cups Brown Sauce semi-gloss
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • A-1 Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In hot skillet melt some butter and brown garlic, add steaks, mushrooms and shallots. Cook till done.
Pour brandy over steaks and flame.
Pour brown sauce onto steaks
Add/Pour A-1 [thick kind] small amount
season with salt and pepper
