    tablespoons Butter

  • Garlic 3 lg cloves

  • 3/4

    cup fresh mushrooms

  • 4

    tablespoons of finely chopped shallots

  • French Brandy

  • 2

    cups Brown Sauce semi-gloss

  • Salt

  • Fresh ground pepper

  • A-1 Sauce

Directions

In hot skillet melt some butter and brown garlic, add steaks, mushrooms and shallots. Cook till done. Pour brandy over steaks and flame. Pour brown sauce onto steaks Add/Pour A-1 [thick kind] small amount season with salt and pepper
