Creamcheese Apple Pecan Slaw

Ingredients
- 5 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and coarsely chopped
- half of an 8 ounce tub of Honey Nut Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 T. rice vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons chopped pecans per serving
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cabbage and apple in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the cream cheese spread, mayonnaise, and rice vinegar. Blend the cream cheese mixture into the cabbage and apple mixture. Garnish individual servings, if desired, with chopped pecans.
