Ingredients
- one 32 oz. bag frozen hash brown potatoes cubed
- 1/2 onion choipped
- 1 10 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 oz. grated cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Grease 9 x 13pyres dish
Mix all together
Crumble your choice of ritz crackers or Pepperidge Farm stuffing (crushed)
Add 1 stick of melted butter and crumble on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
