Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 1 c shortening
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 T vinegar
  • 1/4 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Blend flour, shortening and salt with hand blender till texture is pea size.

Beat egg, vinegar and water with fork and add to above ingredients.

Press into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 425.
