  • 6 Tb water
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 TB brown sugar
  • 2 TB soy sauce
  • 2 TB rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp minces fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp chili paste with garlic (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 cups bok choy
  • snow peas
  • shredded carrot
  • onions
  • peppers

Preparation

Step 1

conbine 6 TB waterwith next 7 ingredients. Bring mixture to a biol and cook 1 minute. Add garlic. Add to sauted veggies and cooked noodles.
