- 6 Tb water
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 TB brown sugar
- 2 TB soy sauce
- 2 TB rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp minces fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp chili paste with garlic (optional)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 cups bok choy
- snow peas
- shredded carrot
- onions
- peppers
Preparation
Step 1
conbine 6 TB waterwith next 7 ingredients. Bring mixture to a biol and cook 1 minute. Add garlic. Add to sauted veggies and cooked noodles.
