Step 1

This reciepe from Mike's Backyard BBQ on Kare 11. Take a 2 to 2.5 lb flank steak pierce surface with fork at 1" intervals. Then combine 2 tsp unseasoned meat tenderizer, 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp dry sherry, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp Accent. Mix and put on steak and refrigerate overnight. WE TRIED THIS 1/2012 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, JACKIE LIKED IT, KYLE LIKED IT, LEFTOVERS GOOD IN MICROWAVE AND I BROUGHT THEM TO WORK.
