Ingredients
- 16 carrots sliced and cooked
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 small onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 lb. cheddar cheese
- 1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter with onions, stir in flour, salt, mustard, milk and cheese. Cook until smooth and then add celery
salt. Put carrots in casserole dish and add
cheese mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
