Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 3 (14 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 3/4 cup quick cooking barley
  • 3 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups sliced celery
  • 2 teaspoons beef seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, brown ground beef. Drain and transfer to 5-quart slow cooker.

Add beef broth, barley, carrots, celery and beef seasoning.

Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours.

Makes 4 servings.
