Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk sausage
  • 6 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 slices day old bread, torn into small pieces
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Cook sausage in a skillet, then drain.

Combine and mix all ingredients in a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.

Serves 6. Great for Sunday brunch.
