Ingredients
- 4 large sweet onions thinly sliced
- 4 large Red bell peppers thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp celery seed
- 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. In 5-6 quart slow cooker combine all ingredients
2. Cook covered on low 4-5 hours.
