Ingredients
- 1 medium papaya peeled, and thinly sliced
- 2 medium mangoes peeled, and cut into 2" cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
Step 1
On a platter, place the papaya slices in a circular pattern. Pile the mango chunks in the center of the papayas.
Combine the lime juice and sugar. Sprinkle the juice over the mangoes and papayas and serve.
This recipe yields 6 servings. Serving size: 1/2 cup.
