Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, husked
- 1/2 c. butter melted
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. all purpose flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Slice corn from cobs, set aside. Mix butter and honey together, add flour and egg yolks. Blend until smooth. Add milk. Stir in corn, salt and pepper, set aside. Whip egg whites until stiff peaks form; gently fold into corn mixture. Pour into a greased 1 ½ qt. casserole dish, bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
