Accidental Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 2 T honey

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oil, vinegar, soy sauce and honey together in a bowl. Add chicken; allow to marinate, at least 5 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium heat; add the chicken and all the marinade at once. Cover; simmer 8 minutes per side. Serve with steamed rice and some of the cooked marinade as a sauce.
