Turkey Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup minced onions
  • 1/2 lb muchrooms
  • 4 cups of cut up turkey
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 - 10.5 oz cans of Golden Mushroom soup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Saute onions. Add mushrooms. Add turkey and undiluted soup and pepper.

Cook over low heat until bubbly hot. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Heat through but don't boil. Serve over rice or cooked noodles.
