Ingredients
- 4 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup cold water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat coconut milk over low heat until it just reaches the boiling point. Add sugar, salt and cornstarch. Stir constantly until thickens.
2. Pour into oiled molds or 11x13 pan.
