Ingredients
- Crush enough graham crackers to fill 2 cups. Mix with 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine. Press crumbs into greased 8" or 9" pie plate.
- Beat 2 eggs add 1/2 cup sugar
- Add 1 large and 1 small cream cheese of 4 small pkgs. which are at room temperature.
- 1 tsp vanilla pour over crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes
Mix 1/2 pint sourcream with 2 tablespoons sugar and spread over top with spoon. Replace in oven at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
Let cool and put in refrigerator
