Ingredients
- 1 (12oz) Fettuccine
- 1 1/2 pound uncooked Med. shrimp (peeled, devieined
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. chicken broth
- 1/2 tea. salt
- 1/8 teas. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet saute shrimp in butter for 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Add parsley, garlic, lemon juice, broth, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until garlic is tender. Pour over drained Fetticcine.
