Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 tbs. honey
- 1 tbs. margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots covered in a small amount of lightly salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain well and add honey and butter to carrots in saucepan. Cook and stir until butter is melted and carrots are glazed.
