Ingredients
- 6 Lg. Peeled Yukon or Yellow Flesh Potatoes
- 1-2 C. Whipping Cream
- 6 Lg. Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp.Butter
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Roasted Garlic
Preparation
Step 1
Begin boiling potatoes from cold water till they break apart easily with a fork. Add the cream & rosemary to another sm. pot & simmer for 30 min. Strain the cream into a seperate container & put it on hold. Add all remaining ingredients to drained potatoes. Slowly add warm rosemary cream to the potatoes till the desired consistancy is achieved. Add additional warm milk if you prefer a creamier consistancy.
