Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 small onion, quartered
  • 3 cups canned pineapple tidbits
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. Simple Indulgence™ Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in Quick Chef and using the blade attachment, mix until you have
reached desired consistency. Serve with baked or whole grain tortilla chips served in
the Chip ’N Dip.
