Side Dish: Cranberry Pineapple Minis

Ingredients

  • 1 can (20oz) pineapple crushed in juice
  • 2 pkg (3oz) raspberry flavored jello
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2/3 c walnuts
  • 1 apple chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to measure 2 1/2 cups, pour into saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add to jello mixes in a bowl, stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in pineapple, cranberry sauce, nuts and apples. Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin tins. Refrigerate 2 1/2hours until firm. Remove desserts fom paper liners before serving.
