Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese)
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 pkg Mrs. Grass Homestyle Vegetable Soup/Dip Mix
  • 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach) thawed and well drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups (12 oz) shredded mozzarella cheese or pepperjack
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In medium sized bowl thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayo, soup/dip mix. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture in 2 qt baking dish, sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on edges.
