Corn Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 small box corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put in greased casserole.

Bake 350 = 15-20 minutes

Top with cheese – bake 5-10 minutes
