Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 2 can (14 oz) chicken stock
- 1 can (17 oz) cream corn
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 egg whites (slightly beaten)
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup ham (chopped) optional
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil ad cook onion until tender. Add broth and corn and bring to a simmer. Cover.
Combine cornstarch and 2 tbsp cornstarch. Stir into soup and simmer a few minutes longer.
Remove from heat. Slowly stir in egg whites and then cilantro & pepper.
Immediately ladle into bowls and serve.
