Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 Pkg 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cup Flour

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter & cream cheese together until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, vanilla and eggs (one at a time). Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Add to creamed mixture mixing well.

Pour into greased loaf pan, If you use a 9x5 loaf pan bake at 350 for 75 minutes. If you use 2 smaller pans bake for a little less.
