Ingredients
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper, onion, celery
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 12 cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta
- 2 cups shredded chicken ( rotisserie)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in bell pepper, onion, celery. Cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or til vegetables begin to soften. Add broth, 3 cups water, Italian seasoning and salt
2. Increase heat to medium high and bring to a boil. Stir in pasta and boil for 7 minutes. Add chicken and simmer for 5 minutes on medium low. Stir in lemon juice.
