orchard harvest jelly

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cranberry apple juice drink
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 envelope liquid pectin

Preparation

Step 1

combine juice drink and sugar in a medium saucepan. bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring frequently. add pectin and return mixture to a full rolling boil for 1 minute, stirring frequently. remove from heat and skim off foam.

pour into sterilized jars and seal with melted paraffin wax. let cool until the jars have reached room temperature and then place in refrigerator until set.
