Mandarin Orange Cake

  • Cake:
  • 1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can mandarin oranges including liquid
  • 3/4 c. Oil
  • Frosting:
  • 1 can (20oz.) crushed sweetened pineapples
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix

Preparation

Step 1

Cake: Mix eggs oil and juice from oranges. Add to cake mix. Bake in thre 8” pans greased and floured at 350F for 30 minutes.
Frosting: Mix dry pudding into pineapple set aside for 10 minutes then add whipped topping will frost a large cake.
