Ingredients
- 2 lbs. bulk sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 T. grated onion
- 1 1/2 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly grease a 9" ring mold. Mix the ingredients well. Pack lightly into the mold. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and drain off the grease. Bake an additional 20 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter. Blot the excess grease off with a paper towel.
